1. Who You Are Buying From

2. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when registering, and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these terms.

3. Products and Product Information

We sell construction chemicals and allied building materials. We take care to describe products accurately, and each listing shows its net quantity, price and available pack sizes. Product images are illustrative, and packaging or shade may vary slightly between production batches.

Technical data sheets provided on this site state typical values obtained under controlled laboratory conditions. They are general guidance, not a specification or performance guarantee for your particular project. Coverage, setting time, working time and final strength vary with substrate, surface preparation, mix ratio, ambient temperature, humidity and workmanship, all of which are outside our control.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your intended application, and we strongly recommend carrying out a trial on a small representative area before full use. Where a project is critical or unusual, contact our technical team before purchase.

4. Prices, Taxes and Invoices

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate, unless a listing expressly states otherwise.
• An invoice showing the taxable value and the GST charged is made available for your order once it has been delivered.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm the order.
• Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
• If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you before doing so.

5. How a Contract Is Formed

Listing a product on this website is an invitation to offer, not an offer. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract comes into existence only when we confirm the order and its payment status, at which point we will send you an order confirmation.

We may decline an order before that point — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your location, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking credentials are entered directly with Razorpay and never pass through our servers. Where we offer a pay-later or pay-on-delivery option, the amount becomes due as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

• We deliver to the address you provide. Please check it carefully — we are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Delivery timelines given at checkout or afterwards are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed dates.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the consignment on arrival and record any visible damage or shortage with the carrier at that time.
• Cement-based and polymer products are perishable in the sense that they have a stated shelf life. Store them as directed on the pack and use them within that period.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, you may cancel an order yourself before it is processed for dispatch, and defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or refunded.

9. Warranty and Its Limits

We warrant that our products conform to the specification stated on their packaging and technical data sheet at the time they leave our works, and that they are free from manufacturing defects. This is in addition to, and does not affect, the rights available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Because application is outside our control, this warranty does not cover loss or damage arising from storage beyond the stated shelf life or outside the stated conditions, mixing with water or additives in proportions other than those specified, inadequate surface preparation or curing, application in unsuitable weather, use for a purpose the product was not designed for, or workmanship by others.

Any claim relating to product quality must be raised promptly, with the batch number, invoice details and photographs, and — where practicable — before the material is fully consumed, so that we can investigate meaningfully.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contract, delay to a project, or the cost of removing or reinstating other materials.

11. Bulk and Project Quotes

A quote issued in response to a bulk enquiry is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to stock availability and to our written acceptance of your order. Quoted prices are specific to the quantities and delivery location described in the enquiry.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or rules made under it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, other accounts, or our systems;
• scrape, copy, republish or resell any content, product data or technical data sheet without our written permission;
• publish a review that is false, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or paid for on behalf of someone else;
• interfere with the proper working of the site, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it.

13. Intellectual Property

The "Dolphin" brand, our name and logo, product names, packaging, photographs, technical data sheets and the content of this website are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by law. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them except to view the site and place an order.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. It forms part of these terms.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, transport disruption, failure of utilities or telecommunications, or an act of government. If such an event continues for a prolonged period, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund any amount you have paid for it.

16. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints about any order, product or content on this website may be addressed to:

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer forum having jurisdiction where you reside or work, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The terms in force at the moment you place an order are the ones that apply to that order, so please review them each time you buy.
